terms of service
If you commission me, you are bound by the terms outlined below concerning both personal and commercial utilization of the commissioned work.The client is responsible for providing the reference materials necessary for the commission. Unless explicitly specified, commissions are presumed to be for personal use. For Commercial usage, it costs twice the original price.The artist has the copyright to showcase the commissioned work for both personal and commercial purposes on their on social media platforms. However, the client can request for the work not to be posted on social media if they so desire.The client is not permitted to claim credit for the commissioned artwork as their own, and the artist must be credited if the artwork is shared on social media. If the client wishes to make alterations to the artwork, they must obtain permission from the artist. Furthermore, the client is prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for AI training purposes or any other activities involving AI.The artist refrains from producing explicit NSFW, offensive content, furries or gore. Kemonomimi characters are fine. Additional charges may apply for highly detailed character designs, ranging from 20% to 40% depending on complexity. Additional props or creatures, such as pets, Pokémon, objects, etc, will also ensure an additional fee, ranging from 10% to 40%, depending on complexity.
payment and commission process
Payment can be processed through Wise (preferred) or Paypal. If Paypal is selected, the client will cover the fees through Goods and Services option. These fees amount to 2.99% for domestic (USA-based) transactions and an additional 1.50% for international transactions, as outlined here.Payment is required upfront. Following payment, I will share my Discord with the client for quick communication.The first sketch can be expected within 1-3 weeks. At this stage, the client may request modifications, provided they do not drastically alter the original drawing.Upon approval of the sketch, the artist will endeavor to complete the commission within approximately one month, depending on workload and the complexity of the project.Please be aware that unexpected delays may arise in real-life scenarios, potentially extending the completion time of your commission beyond initial expectations.If you require expedited completion, within a one-week timeframe, an additional charge of 50% of the original price will apply to accommodate the urgent demand.
